A new challenge: communicating our company culture

We have recently launched the online media "SPARK" as a new platform for disseminating information.

"SPARK" will share the culture and working style of JVCKENWOOD Design, the behind-the-scenes of projects, daily challenges, and the thoughts of its creators.

What is happening in the design field, and what values ​​do they have when it comes to creating things?
By delivering this "real" experience, we hope to create a space where people can get a feel for the current state of JVCKENWOOD design.

The thoughts behind the name"SPARK"And

"SPARK" is an English word meaning "spark" or "inspiration."
The name embodies our desire to express a place where ideas are born in abundance as people interact with each other, think and talk together.

In fact, our office has a co-creation space with the same name, "SPARK."

This space is used for discussions, workshops, company events, social gatherings and other activities that transcend the boundaries of departments and jobs, creating a place where employees can naturally engage in dialogue and collaboration.
The flexible layout, equipped with movable tables and monitors, can be used freely according to purpose, making it an indispensable space within the company as a place that stimulates creativity.

To spark creative dialogue, visitors are invited to enjoy our original "SPARK Water," made with natural carbonated water from Oku-Aizu.

Our editorial team is made up of members from various departments within the company, and they will utilize their diverse perspectives and expertise to deliver information about our company's initiatives, values, industry trends, and more in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.
